- 10ea Shrimp ( Headless)
- 2g Parsley
- 30g Garlic
- 3ea Pepperoncino
- 10g Grape Seed Oil
- 50g Kimchi Hot Sauce
- 1 Remove the entrails of shrimp.
- 2 Slice garlic into 0.5cm thick slices and chop parsley.
- 3 Put the grape seed oil on the preheated pan and stir-fry garlic until golden. (Garlic oil)
- 4 Add pepperoncino and shrimp and stir-fry them over high heat.
- 5 Put Kimchi sauce and stir-fry them over high heat.
- 6 Sprinkle chopped parsley to finish.
