Ingredients

  • 10ea Shrimp ( Headless)
  • 2g Parsley
  • 30g Garlic
  • 3ea Pepperoncino
  • 10g Grape Seed Oil
  • 50g Kimchi Hot Sauce

Directions

  • 1 Remove the entrails of shrimp.
  • 2 Slice garlic into 0.5cm thick slices and chop parsley.
  • 3 Put the grape seed oil on the preheated pan and stir-fry garlic until golden. (Garlic oil)
  • 4 Add pepperoncino and shrimp and stir-fry them over high heat.
  • 5 Put Kimchi sauce and stir-fry them over high heat.
  • 6 Sprinkle chopped parsley to finish.
